The Division of Student Affairs will provide all student leaders at UC Irvine with opportunities to develop core leadership competencies through their roles as employees, interns, and volunteers. We believe these competencies will prepare our students to become transformational leaders, empowered to create positive change on this campus and in their local, national, and global communities.
