Leadership Programs: Conferences

Leadership conferences are an excellent opportunity to connect with other student leaders, build on your leadership skills, and engage in important campus issues. Information on how to participate in Leadership Conferences at UCI can be found here.

      Leadership Conferences

Randy B. Lewis All University Leadership Conference
The Randy B. Lewis All-University Leadership Conference is a unique opportunity at UCI for students, faculty, staff, and administrators to all go on a weekend retreat together to meet one another, network, hone their leadership skills, and discuss important issues facing the University. Carefully selected speakers and presenters address topics of concern to today's UCI students. Usually held the first weekend in October, the "All U" is one of the hottest tickets around and often fills to capacity during summer.

Multicultural Leadership Retreat
The Cross-Cultural Center annually hosts a multicultural leadership retreat that brings all the various constituent groups - R.E.A.C.H. peer facilitators, members of the Umbrella Council, affiliated campus student organizations, and the CCC interns - into one space to get to know each other, work with one other, and explore the challenging but critical topics related to diversity and multiculturalism. The University of California is at a critical juncture in time, and our roles within the Cross-Cultural Center and as student organization leaders are more important than ever. Join the CCC staff as we discuss the current needs of our constituency and strategize for the future.
